VinFast Enters India with VF 6 & VF 7 EVs: Premium Tech, Local Assembly, Big Promise

​VinFast Auto has made a historical step into the Indian EV market by opening pre-orders for its premium electric SUVs, the VF 7 and VF 6. With the release of these two SUVs, VinFast is committing to delivering what people want when getting behind the wheel. The booking for both models has now started at VinFast showrooms. However, customers can also reserve their preferred SUV with a refundable deposit of Rs 21,000.

With the launch of VF 6 and VF 7, VinFast is targeting two aspects of Indian drivers. Both SUVs are designed to cater to Indian customers, but they signify different aspects of driving. With one SUV, the brand is targeting practical and family-ready driving. While the other is targeting customers who are more focused on performance-driven machines.

The all-new VinFast VF 6 is the entry-level electric SUV that is primarily focused on families who move a lot. The design aesthetic is wrapped under the philosophy of Torino Design. The car offers 210 HP that may get your family around school drop-offs, the office, and grocery runs. Even driving on the highway, this car can handle all of it. Inside the car, you may find a 12.9-inch touchscreen that handles most of what you and your family need.

The car is equipped with 26 smart features. These features are a multiple drive assist system, a head-up display, and advanced safety tools like lane-keeping assist, automatic emergency braking, and a 360 camera. VinFast also covers the VF 6 with a 7-year warranty for the peace of mind of its ideal customers.

VinFast’s top-of-the-line variant is the all-new VF 7. This car is more focused on power and performance. The driver might notice how a car feels in the corners. Under the hood, the car produces 349 HP along with 500 Nm of maximum torque. With such power, the car can travel from 0 to 100 km in just 5.8 seconds.
