VinFast is making a bold move in India by launching 32 dealerships in 27 cities and partnering with leading firms for charging, service, and battery recycling. With plans to expand further in 2026 and introduce new EV models.

VinFast India is shifting gears rapidly for its first-ever entry in the Indian market. The company has entered into agreements with 13 business dealer groups to establish 32 authorized dealership networks in India with further bold expansion plans. The brand has decided to keep everything on track, and they have decided to launch their new vehicles, VF6 and VF7, on July 15, 2025.
This move marks one of the most aggressive EV rollouts by a new entrant in India. As all these new vehicles and dealership networks will represent a robust pan-India event to launch its electric SUVs in this competitive market. By all procedures and business strategy, it is showing a clear picture that the Vietnamese EV giant is not here for just experimentation; they are here to build, sell, and repeat.
A Pan-India Launch

As VinFast has already made preparations to launch its VF 6 and VF 7 electric SUVs for the Indian market. The pre-bookings of these vehicles are set to open on July 15. The company’s strategic focus is to build a strong network portfolio across sales, services, spares, and accessories. With this, the brand ensures Indian customers have access to comprehensive support and world-class products from day one.
All authorized dealership facilities are ready to open for consumers in every metro city, like Delhi, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. Although they are mainly focusing on Tier 1 cities. The brand has also rolled out its plans for Tier 2 cities, as they have opened their dealership networks from Agra to Shimla. Hope that the company is also making a strategic plan to build networks and ecosystems for the Tier 3 cities.
VinFast India, Every Dealership Lineup:
Currently, VinFast is making preparations for its pre-existing dealership networks. As per reports, they are making plans to expand 35 showrooms from 32 by the end of the 2025 season. They are also targeting additional cities as EV adoption rises, especially in Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets. As in Tier 3 cities, the cost of the vehicle may affect the consumers, so they will be ready to introduce more affordable vehicles, such as electric taxi models etc. The company will introduce more affordable models, including the VF3, expected to launch around February 2026.
