The Yamaha MT-15 is powered by a 155cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. This engine produces 18.14bhp and 14.1Nm of torque. It comes with a 6-speed transmission and a slip-and-assist clutch as standard. The motorcycle uses a diamond frame for its structure.

Suspension duties are managed by an inverted fork at the front and a monoshock at the rear. The MT-15 rides on 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends. Braking is handled by a 282mm disc at the front and a 220mm disc at the rear. Dual-channel ABS is standard on all variants.

Variants and Features

The standard variant of the MT-15 features an LCD console. The DLX TFT variant offers a TFT console with smartphone connectivity. This allows for turn-by-turn navigation and call or SMS alerts. These features add convenience for riders who use their phones for navigation and communication.
