Quotes
The CT110 is built entirely around ruggedness, efficiency, and affordability. The engine is simple and fuel efficient, while the suspension setup handles rough roads better than many entry-level commuters. Its lightweight construction makes it easy to manage in both urban and rural environments. Styling is basic and functional, though the slightly rugged touches give it a tougher appearance than typical commuter bikes. It’s not built for speed or excitement, but for buyers needing a dependable motorcycle capable of handling harsh conditions with minimal running costs, the CT110 remains a very practical option.

  • Sitting on the flat, wide perch instantly instills confidence, giving riders of all heights a clear, commanding view of the road with both feet resting flat on the tarmac.
  • The addition of a sturdy steel rear rack adds a highly purposeful look while serving as a heavy-duty storage platform for daily cargo or heavy deliveries.

Bajaj CT110 Design & Build Quality: Engineered to Endure Demanding Terrains

  • Riding over the notoriously deep potholes and unpaved service lanes across Gurgaon proves that the heavy-duty square-tube single-downtube frame stays completely rigid under load.
  • Tough, impact-resistant plastic body panels do not vibrate or buzz even when accelerating hard through uneven, broken sections of road.
  • The sturdy metal engine sump guard shields the vulnerable bottom casing perfectly when descending off tall, sharp concrete speed breakers.
  • High-density rubber tank pads give your knees a superb surface to grip while effectively protecting the paint from scratches during long hours in the saddle.
  • Thick protective powder coating on the exhaust shield ensures the metal stays safe from premature rusting during harsh Indian monsoon riding conditions.

Design & Build Verdict: Bajaj has engineered this chassis like a mini-tank, ensuring it can handle severe rural overloads or broken municipal roads without developing squeaks or panel alignment issues.

Bajaj CT110 Features & Technology: Practical Tools Built for Daily Utility

  • The minimalist analogue instrumentation layout presents your current speed and odometer readouts with excellent clarity under bright afternoon sunlight.
  • A prominent, brightly lit neutral gear indicator saves you from second-guessing your gear position while constantly halting at urban traffic junctions.

  • Simple, old-school mechanical control cables require very basic lubing to maintain an incredibly light and highly responsive operational feel.

  • Cornering tracking around urban roundabouts feels completely neutral, with the front end holding its line without any nervous sliding or heavy steering resistance.

Tyres, Brakes & Handling Verdict: While it lacks a sharp front disc brake option, the mechanical drum setup combined with the rugged, deep-grooved tread layout provides all the stopping power and surface traction needed for typical everyday commuting.

  • A long, robust steel leg guard keeps your legs thoroughly protected from side impacts or sudden low-speed drops on greasy surfaces.
  • Large, vibration-insulated side mirrors provide an exceptionally clear, blur-free perspective of rapidly overtaking vehicles from behind.

  • Long-lasting mechanical drive chains and robust sprocket assemblies run smoothly for thousands of kilometers with just periodic tension checks.
  • Highly affordable replacement costs for common components like cables, indicators, and brake shoes ensure long-term upkeep remains virtually painless.

Service Verdict: This CT110 variant is highly praised because it demands next to nothing from your monthly savings, delivering an exceptionally stress-free and pocket-friendly ownership life cycle.

Bajaj CT110 vs Rivals: How Does It Compare?

  • Bajaj CT110 vs TVS Sport: The TVS Sport is a fierce mileage rival, offering an ARAI-certified fuel efficiency of close to 80 kmpl, whereas the Bajaj CT110 prioritizes punchy mid-range performance and rugged build quality over hyper-miling. The CT110 features an extra layer of structural stability with its semi-knobby tires and robust crash guards, giving it an upper hand on broken rural roads compared to the more urban-centric layout of the TVS Sport.
  • Bajaj CT110 vs Hero HF Deluxe: The Hero HF Deluxe relies on its legendary, ultra-refined 97.2cc engine that has stood the test of time for low operational costs, but it lacks the absolute torque delivery offered by the larger 115.45cc motor on the Bajaj 110 cc bike. While the HF Deluxe caters perfectly to flat city commutes, the CT110 serves riders who frequently carry heavy pillion or commercial loads and require a stronger uphill pull.
  • Bajaj CT110 vs Honda Shine 100: Honda's entry-level Shine 100 focuses heavily on silky-smooth engine refinement and an extremely lightweight body for easy handling, but the Bajaj CT110 counters with a significantly higher ground clearance and a distinctively rugged aesthetic. For riders tracking a robust commuter that doubles as a utility vehicle, the raw durability of the CT110 easily takes the lead over the plain and simple styling of the Honda competitor.

Over all good bike will little issue in this segment.

11-Jun-24 | By Abhishek

Over all buying experience is good with Bajaj. In this price range Bike is good in over all performance. On road Avg. mileage is between 60-65.The height of the bike is a little high due to which you have to struggle in sitting. If the battery is dead then you may have to struggle to kick because the kick is very hard. After covid the after sales service has deteriorated because in my city Lucknow, many showrooms have been closed due to which you have to travel long distances for service.
