Hyundai’s updated Venue N Line brings a sharper design, a turbo-petrol engine, and more technology to the compact SUV segment — blending everyday practicality with performance-focused updates.
The Hyundai Venue has been one of the best-selling compact SUVs in India, known for its combination of design, features, and city-friendly size. For 2025, Hyundai has introduced the updated Venue N Line — a version aimed at drivers who want a slightly sportier experience without sacrificing daily comfort or convenience. The N Line trim continues to use the 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engine but adds a series of styling, suspension, and feature upgrades.
This version is also the first in its class to receive Level 2 ADAS features, making it as advanced technologically as it is visually distinctive. Here’s a closer look at what’s new and how it performs on the road.

Powering the 2025 Hyundai Venue N Line is a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine. It develops 120 PS of power and 172 Nm of torque. The engine is available with either a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic (DCT). Drive modes include Normal, Eco, and Sport, each adjusting the throttle response and steering weight to suit different driving conditions.
On the move, the turbocharged engine offers strong mid-range performance once the turbocharger is active. The DCT transmission shifts smoothly and responds well to manual inputs through the paddle shifters. The gearbox has been calibrated to handle both city traffic and open-road cruising.
The suspension setup in the N Line has been tuned to be slightly firmer than the standard Venue. Hyundai says this improves handling and cornering stability. All four wheels get disc brakes, providing consistent braking performance. Steering feedback is light at lower speeds for easier manoeuvrability and gains weight progressively at higher speeds.
During a mixed drive cycle, real-world fuel efficiency is expected to range between 12 and 15 km/l depending on conditions and driving style. The ARAI-certified figures stand at 18.7 km/l for the manual and 20 km/l for the DCT.
The Venue N Line’s firmer suspension tuning gives it a more planted stance at higher speeds. The car maintains composure on highways and corners with confidence, while the stiffer dampers reduce excessive body roll.
In city conditions, the same setup transmits more road feedback through the cabin compared to the regular Venue, but it remains within acceptable limits for everyday use. The compact footprint, 5.1-metre turning radius, and light steering make it easy to park and navigate urban spaces.
Noise and vibration levels have been improved with added insulation. The turbo engine, though audible under hard acceleration, remains refined during steady cruising. The twin-tip exhaust adds a mild note but is not intrusive.
Overall, the Venue N Line manages to maintain a balance between agility and everyday comfort, retaining its practical urban character while adding a more connected driving experience.
Visually, the 2025 Venue N Line distinguishes itself from the regular version through a series of cosmetic upgrades. The front fascia features a dark chrome grille, redesigned bumper, and red accents on the lower body. The side profile gains red inserts along the cladding and new 16-inch alloy wheels with N branding. At the rear, twin exhaust finishers and a slightly revised bumper complete the look.
N Line badges are placed on the grille, fenders, and tailgate, while the brake calipers are painted red for a sportier appearance. The Venue N Line is offered in both single-tone and dual-tone colour combinations.
While the overall dimensions remain unchanged — 3,995 mm in length, 1,770 mm in width, and 1,617 mm in height — these visual enhancements give it a bolder stance. Ground clearance continues at 195 mm, retaining the SUV’s ease of use over uneven roads.
Inside, the N Line version follows an all-black theme with red highlights and contrast stitching on the seats, steering wheel, and gear lever. The N logo appears across several touchpoints, including the seats, pedals, and steering.
The dashboard now integrates a new 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster paired with a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system. The display supports wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, along with Hyundai’s Bluelink connected car suite.
Other interior features include automatic climate control, a Bose seven-speaker sound system, ambient lighting, a wireless charger, and ventilated front seats. The driver’s seat offers manual height adjustment, while the steering wheel is tilt and telescopic adjustable.
The rear seat provides adequate legroom and headroom for two adults, although seating three across may feel tight. Rear AC vents and a central armrest with cupholders add convenience. Boot capacity stands at approximately 350 litres, sufficient for weekend luggage or daily errands.
One of the major updates to the 2025 Venue N Line is the inclusion of Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). These include forward collision warning, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and driver attention monitoring.
Standard safety equipment includes six airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control (ESC), hill-start assist, and a tyre pressure monitoring system. A rear-view camera with parking sensors aids visibility in tight spaces.
The digital cluster displays real-time ADAS alerts, trip information, and driving data clearly. The system’s interface is user-friendly, and the driver assistance features can be adjusted or disabled via the infotainment screen.
The Venue’s compact dimensions continue to make it suitable for daily urban use. It offers a commanding driving position with good visibility, while the small footprint aids in navigating traffic. The 45-litre fuel tank offers decent range for city commutes and short highway trips.
The N Line’s slightly firmer ride is noticeable over sharp bumps, but the overall comfort level remains within a practical range for Indian road conditions. The improved braking setup and recalibrated suspension enhance driver confidence without compromising usability.
Maintenance intervals and costs remain in line with the standard Venue, as the powertrain and most mechanical components are shared. Hyundai’s service network and warranty packages further support ownership convenience.
The 2025 Hyundai Venue N Line is available in two trims — N6 and N8. Both variants can be had with the DCT gearbox, while the 6-speed manual is limited to specific configurations.
Ex-showroom prices start from approximately ₹10.55 lakh for the N6 and go up to around ₹13.50 lakh for the top N8 DCT dual-tone version. Prices may vary slightly depending on location and colour choice.
With these updates, the Venue N Line positions itself among the most feature-rich compact SUVs in the segment, competing with models such as the Tata Nexon, Kia Sonet, and Maruti Suzuki Fronx Turbo.
The 2025 Hyundai Venue N Line retains the core strengths of the standard Venue — compact size, extensive features, and strong build quality — while adding sportier styling, enhanced dynamics, and advanced driver assistance technology.
The turbocharged engine and DCT gearbox combination deliver refined performance for daily driving, and the interior upgrades lend a premium look and feel. For buyers seeking a compact SUV that combines performance-inspired design with day-to-day usability, the Venue N Line presents a well-rounded and modern package.
