Hyundai Motor India has launched the 2026 Venue Knight edition, expanding its sub-4m SUV lineup. The new Venue Knight starts at Rs 9.69 lakh (ex-showroom) and introduces a bold, black-themed design. This edition aims to strengthen the Venue's appeal, which has already sold over 92,000 units since its 2022 debut. The Venue averages 10,000 to 11,000 units in monthly sales, making it a key model for Hyundai in India.

Key Features and Design Updates

The Hyundai Venue Knight stands out with its all-black theme inside and out. The exterior features a black-painted front grille, matte black Hyundai logos, black skid plates, roof rails, ORVMs, and alloy wheels. Red brake calipers add a sporty accent, while exclusive Knight badging highlights the edition's identity. Inside, the cabin continues the black theme, enhanced by brass-colored inserts and exclusive seat upholstery. These updates set the Knight apart from the standard Venue range.

Hyundai has also introduced a dashcam feature in select variants, including HX6T, HX10, and N10. The dashcam supports multiple recording modes such as driving, event-based recording, vacation mode, and on-demand video downloads via a mobile app. This addition addresses the growing demand for in-car safety and convenience features.
Powertrain Options and New Colours

The Venue Knight is available with several powertrain options. The HX10 Turbo Petrol DCT variant is priced at Rs 14.79 lakh, while another HX10 Turbo Petrol DCT variant is available at Rs 14.64 lakh. These options provide buyers with flexibility based on their preferences and budget.
Hyundai has also added two new matte color options to the Venue lineup: Hazel Blue Matte and Mystic Sapphire Matte. These colors offer more choices for buyers seeking a unique look for their vehicle.
Market Position and Strategy
According to Amit Dhaundiyal, Head of Product Strategy & Planning at Hyundai Motor India Limited, the Venue Knight is designed for customers who want their vehicle to reflect their personality. The blacked-out exterior and premium interior touches aim to create a strong visual identity. The introduction of the dashcam and new matte colors further enhances the Venue lineup, catering to evolving customer expectations in the Indian market.
