Hyundai Motor India has achieved a momentous milestone as its best-selling car, the Creta, has completed its 10th anniversary in the Indian SUV market. To celebrate this milestone, the brand has introduced the all-new Limited Editions of Creta as the Creta King, King Knight, and the King Limited Edition variants under the portfolio. With new additions to the car lineup, the brand has also upgraded the entire lineup and will be positioned as the top-of-the-line model under the portfolio.
The Hyundai has now entered its second decade of its journey. To make the Indian customers' driving memorable, the brand has made available the limited edition models for booking with effect from September 2, 2025. With new limited-edition models, Creta will also receive a few modernities in terms of tech and features. Let’s check out the possible specs and insights of the Limited Edition Creta.
Hyundai Creta King: What’s with the update?
The all-new Hyundai Creta King is launched as the top-end model under the trim level. This car is especially designed for customers who want comfort, space, and premium upholstery under the same package. The car will be wrapped in a new matte black color scheme, offering 18-inch diamond-cut alloy wheels. To own this limited edition, the buyer needs to pay an estimated amount of Rs 17.88 lakh (ex-showroom) in India.
Talking about its features, it includes an electric 8-way adjustment for the passenger seat, driver power seat memory, a dashcam, and wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay. While getting inside the car, you might witness all-new matte black aesthetics on the dashboard. The cabin is further enhanced with dual-zone automatic temperature control and a touch panel.
Hyundai Creta King Limited Edition: Exclusive Touches

Hyundai also introduced another variant for the existing Creta. This will be called the Hyundai Creta King Limited Edition model. Building on the King’s feature suite, this limited-run variant boasts exclusive branding on seat belt covers, headrest cushions, carpet mats, key covers, and door cladding.
Available in Abyss Black, Atlas White, and the new Black Matte color. This specific version will be powered by the 1.5L petrol IVT as well as the 1.5L diesel automated powertrain options. For Indian customers, the brand will offer Abyss Black, Atlas White, and Black Matte colors as an option.
CRETA King Knight: All-Black Majesty

For those who love stealth and rage driving allure, there is the all-new King Knight Limited Edition model. This trim level features an enigmatic all-black look and bold matte black alloy wheels. It shares most highlights with the King variant but offers its own exclusive Knight emblem and aesthetic tweaks. The car offers two powertrain options such as the standard 11.5L MPI petrol with IVT and the optional 1.5L U2 CRDI diesel, paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
Versatility in Powertrain and Pricing
The new editions of the Hyundai Creta offer three powertrain options to choose from for Indian customers. These three engines are 1.5L MPI petrol engines, which might offer either IVT or manual transmission. The second engine will be the 1.5L U2 CRDi diesel, paired with a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission, and the top variant might have a 1.5L turbocharged engine.
Prices for the King start at Rs 17.88 lakh and go up to Rs 20.61 lakh, with Limited Edition and Knight trims falling within similar premium brackets.
Conclusion
Hyundai’s bold refresh for the CRETA ensures that as India’s love affair with SUVs matures, the CRETA continues to stand for unmatched style, innovation, and customer delight. These new Limited Edition models will be proving the crown really does fit after ten glorious years.
