Renault Kwid has been celebrating 10 years of its exciting journey in India. The French carmaker decided to make this milestone memorable with the launch of the all-new Renault Kwid 10th Anniversary Edition at Rs 4.29 lakh (ex-showroom) in India. This will be the limited-run special variant that combines exclusive styling and enhanced safety features. Available in just 500 units, this anniversary special edition reaffirms Kwid’s position as a stylish, affordable, and practical compact SUV for the Indian market.
The exclusive 500 units of the 10th Anniversary Edition will be available on the Techno variant with exclusive styling elements. This special edition variant will offer notable upgrades inside and out, alongside a refreshed lineup with better safety across the lineup. Let’s check out the insights of the all-new Kwid 10th anniversary edition.
Exclusive Exterior Design
The all-new 2025 Renault Kwid 10th Anniversary Edition comes with two striking color options—Fiery Red with Black Roof and the new Shadow Grey with Black Roof. Moreover, the exterior is accentuated by the addition of shiny black Flex wheels. Considering the design of the car, the anniversary edition model follows the same hatchback design with a few anniversary edition decals added on the doors and C-pillars. The car offers the same design as its predecessors.
However, a few subtle changes can be seen to celebrate 10 years of Kwid’s journey in India. Its high ground clearance of 184 mm and SUV-inspired stance enhance its rugged appeal while maintaining urban practicality. The front fascia of the car has streamlined LED DRL headlamps integrated with the connected indicators. While looking at the side profile of the car, it looks similar to its standard version.

Interior Upgrades and Special Features

Talking about its cabin, the car allows its drivers and passengers to get overhauled by the addition of the limited edition 10th Anniversary theme-designed seats and upholstery. The seats feature yellow accents within the package. Other notable features include a leatherette steering wheel with metal mustards, stitching, and an improved touchscreen infotainment system. These premium cabin updates elevate the driving experience and create a distinct personality for the Anniversary Edition.
Renault Kwid: Powertrain and Performance

Under the hood, the car will be powered by a 1.0L petrol engine that is capable of producing 69 HP and 92.5 Nm of torque. Buyers can opt for a 5-speed manual gearbox or the Easy-R AMT transmission system. The Kwid retains its reputation for respectable fuel efficiency and nimble handling, making it well-suited for urban and semi-urban conditions.
Safety Enhancements

For safety priority, the all-new Kwid offers subtle changes. Now across the Kwid range, all lineups come with the feature of 3-point seatbelts, a remarkable improvement for the entry-level segment. The refreshed Kwid lineup with its modern nomenclature—Evolution, Techno, and Climber—alongside the Anniversary Edition, will help Renault sustain momentum in the fiercely competitive Indian entry-level car market.
Conclusion
The 2025 Renault Kwid 10th Anniversary Edition celebrates a decade of success with an appealing blend of distinctive design, thoughtful interior touches, proven engine performance, and solid safety credentials. The car is priced at Rs 4.29 lakh (ex-showroom) in India. With the implementation of the new GST 2.0 reforms, the car might boost sales in the upcoming festive season.
