Ultraviolette has announced the launch of over 130 fast-charging stations across seven Indian states. This expansion follows its recent partnership with Bolt.Earth to develop a nationwide charging network. The stations are now operational in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, and West Bengal.

Charging Infrastructure Details
The new stations use Type-6 DC fast chargers, which are India's national standard for light electric vehicle DC charging. Each station is equipped with a 3 kW DC fast charger. These chargers can power the Ultraviolette F77 and X-47 Crossover models from 0 to 80 percent in 2 hours and 30 minutes. Charging from 0 to 100 percent takes 3.5 hours.
Ultraviolette has announced plans to introduce 6 kW and 12 kW chargers in the future. These upgrades aim to further reduce charging times for riders. The company also plans to add 50 more charging stations within the next two months. Additionally, Ultraviolette has set a target to expand the network by 200 charging stations in the same period.
App Integration and User Features
The Bolt.Earth and Ultraviolette apps have been integrated to enhance user experience. Riders can check real-time charger availability and monitor charging sessions remotely through the apps. The system also supports scan-to-pay functionality, allowing users to pay for charging sessions conveniently.
This expanded charging network is expected to reduce range anxiety among Ultraviolette riders. The integration of digital tools aims to make the charging process more efficient and user-friendly.
