FY2025 is marked by the launch of the two next-gen models, followed by the launch of the Kodiaq SUV and then the latest version of the Octavia RS. Skoda Car Launches in 2026
Upcoming car models aim to reestablish the Skoda brand in the evolving electric vehicle market segment. Models like the Elroq EV aim to capture the electric mobility market in India. These launches in 2026 emphasize India-specific enhancements in ADAS calibration for chaotic traffic and improved AC for tropical climates. Here’s the list of upcoming Skoda car launches in 2026.
1. Skoda Kushaq Facelift

- Expected Launch Date: Early 2026
- Estimated Pricing: Rs 11 lakh - Rs 18 lakh (ex-showroom)
The first car to be placed on the list is the upcoming facelift version of the Skoda Kushaq. We have already seen multiple test mules spied while testing on Indian roads. Marking its first major update since its inception in 2021. Recent spy shots reveal an all-new front fascia with redesigned LED headlamps, bumpers, and subtle interior upholstery.
The 2026 Skoda Kushaq facelift will give direct competition to its rivals, the Hyundai Creta, Tata Sierra, and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara. Talking about its powertrain, the car might proceed with the same engine specifications as the current model provides. Safety priority moves forward with Level 2 ADAS, including adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, and autonomous emergency braking, calibrated for Indian driving style.
2. Skoda Slavia Facelift 2026

- Expected Launch Date: Mid-2026
- Expected Pricing: Rs 10 lakh-Rs 18 lakh (ex-showroom)
Another car that was spied testing ahead of its official debut is the next-gen Skoda Slavia. Priced in the range from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 18 lakh (ex-showroom) in India, this sedan might give direct competition to cars like the Honda Amaze, the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, and the Volkswagen Virtus. Considering its updates, the front fascia will be refreshed, offering a new setup of headlights along with integrated DRLs.
While getting behind the wheel, the cabin featured an all-new updated infotainment system and a digital instrument cluster. The facelift variant of the sedan might also offer all-new updated Level 2 ADAS, providing features like blind-spot monitoring, forward collision warning, and high-beam assist. Under the hood, the car will be available with a 1.0L petrol engine, while the top variant will come with a 1.5L turbocharged petrol engine.
3. Skoda Elroq: First EV from Skoda

- Expected Launch Date: Second Quarter of 2026
- Estimated Pricing: Rs 43 Lakh (ex-showroom)
The Skoda Elroq will be the first electric car to be launched by Skoda for Indian consumers. Measuring 4.4 m with a 2.7 m wheelbase, it offers a compact design with generous spacing. However, the brand has not revealed any further details for the Elroq. Talking about its international variant sold in Europe, the car comes with three different battery configurations.
The base variant might be equipped with a 52 kWh battery, providing about 370 km of claimed range on a single charge. While the mid-spec model possesses a 59 kWh battery, and the top model is expected to offer a 77 kWh battery pack. Talking about its features, the dashboard boasts a 13-inch TFT touchscreen display with integrated Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
4. 2026 Skoda Superb

- Expected Launch Date: Mid-2026
- Estimated Pricing: Rs 55 Lakh (ex-showroom)
