Strong Sales Growth Defines 2025
VinFast has delivered significantly more scooters in the year 2025 compared to the previous year. The sales figures reflect a sharp growth in the brands portfolio, making it one of fastest expansions seen in Vietnam’s electric two-wheeler space. The brand has delivered 406,453 units across the nation, registering an almost five times increase over 2024.
Category | 2025 Details |
Total e-scooters delivered | 406,453 units |
Growth over 2024 | Around 473% |
Most popular lineup | Evo series |
Sales reach | 600+ distributors nationwide |
As shown in the table the growth was supported by a strong product mix and increasing customer reliability in electric mobility. VinFast has prioritized practicality, reasonable pricing, and service access that has helped it to cater both city and semi-urban buyers.
Broad Product Lineup

One of the biggest highlights behind the strong performance of VinFast was its Evo range, which delivered more than half of total sales during the year. The Evo scooters are offered in multiple versions with different battery configurations, enabling consumers to choose the model which is well suited according to their needs and budget. Along with that models such as Feliz, Klara, Vento, Vero X and Theon also saw healthy demand. Additionally, the brand also introduced license-free scooters such as Flazz, Motio and Zgoo, that appeal to younger riders. This wide range of options allowed the brand to cater consumers with different needs.
Charging and Battery
Charging availability is still a key concern for electric vehicle buyers. VinFast has tackled this problem by offering flexible charging options, including a battery-swapping network. Instead of waiting hours for a scooter to recharge, riders can easily replace a discharged battery with a fully charged one within minutes. This growing swapping method has significantly reduced the range anxiety and made electric scooters more practical for daily commuting. Moreover, this method has become one of VinFast’s strongest advantages in encouraging electric scooter adoption.
Nationwide Sales and Service Expansion
The rapid growth of VinFast was complemented by a large network of over 600 authorized distributors across Vietnam that has enhanced its presence among small town consumers as well. VinFast has also expanded its after-sales customer support and public charging locations, helping improve long-term ownership experience and boosting customer confidence.
Expansion Plans Beyond Vietnam
Marking a strong success in Vietnam, VinFast has announced its roadmap to expand its electric scooter business to global markets, that include parts of Southeast Asia and India. Moreover, from 2026, the company aims to introduce several models such as Flazz, Evo, Feliz II and Viper in markets like the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia and India. This strategy includes setting up local sales and service networks and supporting charging infrastructure through its energy subsidiary, V-Green.

Verdict
VinFast’s 2025 performance shows it has moved beyond being an early EV player to becoming a market leader with real scale. Its focus on practical scooters, battery swapping and wide dealer access has paid off in a price-sensitive market. If the brand maintains service quality and infrastructure growth, it could set the benchmark for electric two-wheelers in the region.
