The design of the Ampere Reo Li Plus is modern and sporty, featuring clean lines and vibrant colour options like red, orange, blue, and yellow. The body panels have been crafted with creases that enhance its aesthetic appeal while also contributing to its aerodynamic profile. The scooter is equipped with an apron-mounted LED headlight for improved visibility and a sharp-looking taillight that complements its rear design. Additional features include a chunky grab rail and swingarm covers that enhance both functionality and style.

The Reo Li Plus features a single-piece seat designed to accommodate riders comfortably, alongside a flat footboard that allows for easy manoeuvrability. The handlebars are positioned for easy reach, ensuring that riders can maintain a relaxed posture while navigating through traffic.

Powering the Ampere Reo Li Plus is a 250 W BLDC motor paired with a 1.34 kWh lithium-ion battery. This configuration allows the scooter to achieve a maximum range of approximately 70 km on a full charge, which takes about 5 to 6 hours. The scooter's top speed of 25 km/h means it does not require registration or a driving license to operate, making it accessible to a wider audience. The removable battery adds convenience, allowing users to charge it separately from the scooter itself.

The Reo Li Plus includes digital instrumentation that displays essential information such as speed, battery level, and odometer readings. A USB charging port is also provided for added convenience.

The Reo Li Plus is equipped with a telescopic fork at the front and dual shock absorbers at the rear. This setup is designed to provide a smooth ride over urban surfaces. The scooter features drum brakes at both ends, which are adequate given its low-speed capabilities.
