BMW Unveiled The All-New BMW X5 SUV In India At Rs 1 Crore

BMW India has recently launched the all-new updated 2025 BMW X5 iteration for the Indian customers. The latest version of the BMW X5 has been priced at Rs 1 crore to Rs 1.15 crore (ex-showroom) in India. The new updated model comes in both petrol and diesel powertrain options with refined aesthetics and technological advancements.
The 2025 BMW X5 has a total of 4 different variants under the portfolio. Each model has now been Rs 2.5 lakh costlier than its predecessors. All models across the portfolio get the xOffroad package as standard features. Whether navigating city streets or rugged terrains, this SUV promises to captivate with its powerful engines and elegant design, setting new standards in luxury SUVs. New Exterior Design Aesthetics

The 2025 variant of the BMW X5 is built under the CKD setup and locally assembled at the authorized plant in Chennai. Considering its design, the car offers a harmonious design language with dynamic styling reflected through the front fascia. At the front, the car possesses adaptive LED headlights with arrow-shaped DRLs and an illuminated ‘iconic glow.’ Arched with 21-inch alloy wheels and the M Sport Pro package option, endorsed with a high-gloss paint scheme.
At the rear, the car looks the same as that of its existing model. The introduction of the new LED rear lights gives the vehicle a modern and sporty appeal. Under the top-of-the-line M Sport package, buyers will receive an all-black edition, such as the M Sport exhaust, M Sport brakes with red-painted calipers, and additional accessories.

When you sit inside the car, the car will greet you with its widescreen curved display. This is configured by a 12.3-inch instrument cluster and a 14.9-inch infotainment system. Under the hood, the 2025 BMW X5 comes with two different powertrain units supported by a 48V mild hybrid system. The petrol xDrive 40i comes with a 3.0L six-cylinder engine that generates 381 HP and 520 Nm of torque. This engine is powerful enough to accelerate the car from 0 to 100 kmph in just 5.4 seconds.
Another engine is a 3.0L six-cylinder diesel engine equipped on the xDrive30d that produces 286 HP and 650 nm of torque. It can move the car from 0 to 100 in just 6.1 seconds. Both engines are mated with an 8-speed Steptronic transmission system with adaptive 2-axle air suspension.
