Luxury car manufacturer BMW has recently introduced the high-performance variant of its new third-generation X1 SUV, known as the BMW X1 M35i xDrive, in the global market. Following the successful launch of the standard X1 in India earlier this year, BMW enthusiasts eagerly anticipate whether the German automaker will bring this powerful iteration to the Indian market. Slated to be available for sale internationally in October, the BMW X1 M35i xDrive is set to redefine the entry-level luxury SUV segment.

A Bold and Aggressive Design

The BMW X1 M35i xDrive features a striking and aggressive appearance, characterized by a prominent glossy black kidney grille at the front, flanked by LED corona ring headlamps with LED daytime running lights. The front bumper showcases bold sculpting, housing large black intakes and distinct masculine creases. This power mill generates a peak power output of 312 horsepower between 5,750 and 6,500 revolutions per minute, while producing a peak torque of 400 Nm between 2,000 and 4,500 revolutions per minute. Power is efficiently transmitted through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and BMW's xDrive system, which ensures power is distributed to all four wheels. As a result, the BMW X1 M35i xDrive accelerates from 0 to 96 kmph in just 5.2 seconds, with a top speed of 250 kmph.
