AI Voice Agents Deployment
The deployment took place during the Mahindra XUV 7XO launch on January 5. Mahindra AI, the group’s artificial intelligence division, led the initiative. The AI voice agents conducted outbound calls with prospective buyers, managed multi-turn conversations, answered customer queries, and routed leads to dealerships.
ElevenLabs provided the voice AI platform for this deployment. The platform enabled low-latency and natural-sounding interactions at scale. The system handled thousands of concurrent calls across multiple languages during the launch period.
Impact on Customer Engagement
Mahindra stated that the AI voice agents increased contact rates and improved inquiry conversion efficiency. The deployment resulted in an estimated 8 percent uplift in conversions and generated additional qualified inquiries. The company used the technology to support dealership lead routing and manage customer conversations during periods of peak demand.
