Mercedes-Benz is all set to launch the thrilling AMG CLE 53 Coupe in India on August 12. With a 449 hp mild-hybrid engine, dynamic AMG styling, and advanced tech, it's ready to redefine the luxury performance coupe market.

Mercedes-Benz India is ready to gear up for the introduction of its latest luxury coupe segment with an all-new powertrain. The German brand is ready to launch the AMG CLE 53 Coupe in India on August 12, 2025. This launch marks a strategic consolidation to replace both the C-Class and E-Class coupes. This high-performance AMG Coupe will revive the game of the classic grand tourer.
The AMG CLE 53 arrives nearly a year after the CLE 300 Cabriolet entered the Indian market. With its aggressive design, potent mild-hybrid powertrain, and a suite of advanced tech and luxury features, the CLE 53 will make one of the most exciting launches of this year in the Indian automotive landscape.
Design and Specifications
The AMG CLE 53 will carry the aesthetics of the other AMG models. While looking at the car, the front and rear stances have now been widened by 58 mm and 75 mm, respectively. The front fascia of the car inherits the AMG Panamericana grille through the slats of sleek LED headlights. Under the sporty athletic aggression, the front also carries a large air dam to ensure smooth aerodynamic efficiency.
The 2025 AMG 53 Coupe offers standard 19-inch AMG alloys, with 20-inch wheels available as an upgrade for Indian customers. That upgrade comes at an extra cost. From the rear, the car offers a gloss-black diffuser that hosts elegant quad exhausts, accompanied by unified tail lamps covered under piano black trim.
