MG Cyberster is set to reveal its price with the Grand Launch in India on July 25

​MG India is ready to launch its much-anticipated electric sports car in India. It will be the first time that a two-seater electric car will launch in the Indian automotive market. The expected price is yet to be revealed by the company, and the prices might be confirmed with the Grand Launch on July 25, 2025. The car is tagged as the “world’s fastest MG” across the lineup.

With the launch of the all-new MG Cyberster, this will be the second car from the house of MG that will be sold through MG’s Select Dealership Networks, following the deliveries of the MG M9 EV. Let’s take a look at the insights of design and technology about the all-new Cyberster EV.

Marking MG's first premium product under the dedicated MG Select retail channel, this sleek electric roadster promises to electrify the Indian EV market with its blend of performance and style. The car features an aggressive, low-profile SSF design with sleek and sporty LED headlights. With two electric scissor doors and a convertible rooftop, the car makes your every entrance an event.

The Cyberster draws inspiration from the classic MG B Roadster of the 1960s, featuring unique electric scissor doors equipped with dual radar sensors for maximum safety. The rear of the vehicle also reflects the racing dynamics theme via C-shaped LED taillights with interconnected lights and arrow-like indicators.

Drive with precision

The MG Cyberster is not just the fastest MG. But, a sensational one—in power and performance. The car is powered by dual electric motors positioned on each side of the axle. With a 77 kWh battery pack, the car can generate 510 PS and 725 Nm of maximum torque. The chassis was tuned by an F1 engineer, Marco Fainello, to give a perfect drive with precision. The car can travel about 580 km on a single charge.

The two-door electric sports car will come in a single variant and offer all-wheel-drive capabilities. With such a powertrain, the car can move from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.2 seconds. This top-notch performance is badged by the Bespoke Pirelli tyres and high-performance Brembo brakes for thrill driving.
