The latest dealership of Tesla in Delhi will be located at Worldmark, Aerocity, which is situated near the New Delhi International Airport. Delhi’s Tesla Experience Centre promises to be more than just an authorized dealership showroom. Once the establishment operations are over, the company will be ready to serve Delhi consumers with its all-new Model Y.

Tesla's Second Showroom In India

The new showroom in Delhi will be Tesla’s second showroom in India. The brand’s first showroom was inaugurated in Mumbai’s BKC on July 15, 2025. This was the same day when Tesla officially entered the Indian electric vehicle market with the launch of the Tesla Model Y on the same day. The Delhi Showroom will be inaugurated on August 11, 2025, the same day that the Tesla Model Y will make its debut on Delhi roads.

The Tesla Model Y was recently launched in India for the first time. On the same day, the official Indian website for the brand went live to give updates for the upcoming event. The brand released the statement on its official website that customers could only register their Tesla vehicles in Mumbai, New Delhi, and Gurugram. Later on, the brand updated the booking process, and now you can book your drive from any state or region across the nation.

Tesla Model Y: Specs and Features

The all-new Tesla Model Y comes in a single variant only that possesses a rear-wheel drive as a drivetrain. The car offers two battery options: the standard version comes with a 60 kWh battery pack, while the top model offers a larger 75 kWh battery pack. Both variants are capable of producing around 295 HP of maximum power. However, the 60 kWh battery pack is claimed to provide a WLTP range of 500 km and, with a larger battery, 226 km on a single charge.

The brand has officially launched both its rear-wheel-drive and long-range RWD models. The introductory price for the RWD model is Rs 59.98 Lakh, while the long-range version will be about Rs 67.89 Lakh. Both these prices mentioned are for the ex-showroom in India.

Expected Delivery

The expected delivery of the booked cars will start from August. The customers living in Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, and Gurugram will have priority for deliveries. The buyers can book from the official app, or they can also visit the Tesla showroom to book a vehicle. Once the booking is confirmed. The car will be directly delivered to the customer's house via flatbed truck.

Conclusion

The upcoming Tesla Model Y will write the new definition of urban driving in Delhi itself. As inflation is increasing, prices of CNG and diesel engines are skyrocketing, so the launch of Model Y in Delhi might reduce pollution on a larger scale.
