Toyota Motors Records 37% Growth Rate With Highest Sales Ever in December 2025

Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) achieved its highest-ever calendar year sales in 2025, dispatching 388,801 units, a robust 19% growth over 326,329 units in 2024. This milestone reflects sustained demand for its SUVs, MPVs, and hybrids amid India's competitive auto market. Domestic sales rose 17% to 351,580 units, while exports jumped 42% to 37,221 units, highlighting TKM's global appeal.

December 2025 capped the year strongly with 39,333 total units sold, up 33% from 29,529 units the prior year. Domestic dispatches hit 34,157 units (37% growth), and exports reached 5,176 units (12% up). Strong product mixes and innovations propelled this performance, positioning TKM for 2026 dominance.

Record-Breaking Yearly Performance

TKM's 2025 total sales marked a pivotal achievement, driven by balanced domestic and export growth. The company's Bidadi plants, with a combined capacity of 342,000 units, operated efficiently to meet surging demand. Safety upgrades, including six airbags standard on the Rumion, Glanza, Taisor, and Hyryder, plus the Innova Hycross's 5-star Bharat NCAP rating, boosted trust.
