The facility was officially opened on April 15, 2026, by Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, alongside Member of Parliament Brijmohan Agrawal. This new outlet brings Toyota's total customer touchpoints in the state to over 20, strengthening the brand’s retail and service network in the region.

The Patni Toyota dealership operates as a 3S facility, providing sales, service, and spares under one roof. It also features Toyota U-Trust, the company’s certified used-vehicle platform for buying, selling, and exchanging cars. The facility covers approximately 1,00,000 sq. ft. and is designed to meet Toyota’s global retail standards. This ensures a comprehensive experience for customers throughout their vehicle ownership journey.

Umesh Patni, Dealer Principal of Patni Toyota, stated that the dealership aims to deliver service quality in line with Toyota’s global benchmarks. The focus remains on building lasting relationships with customers in Raipur and nearby areas.
