After a relatively quiet February, the Indian auto industry is gearing up for an exciting March with several car launches on the horizon. Two confirmed launches include the Hyundai Creta N Line and the BYD Seal electric sedan. Additionally, Maruti Suzuki is expected to unveil the Swift facelift, and Tata Motors may introduce the Dark Edition of the Nexon SUV.
Hyundai Creta N Line - March 11

Hyundai Motor is set to launch the N Line version of its popular Creta SUV on March 11. Following the recent facelift, the N Line will bring a sportier edge to the model, featuring tweaks like N Line badging, dual exhaust, redesigned alloy wheels, and distinctive bumpers. The interior is expected to sport an all-black theme with red accents, enhancing its sporty character. Under the hood, the Creta N Line will house a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine generating 158 bhp and 253 Nm of torque, paired with a 7-speed DCT gearbox.
BYD Seal - March 5

Chinese EV giant BYD will launch its Seal electric sedan on March 5. The Seal, showcased at the Auto Expo last year, will join BYD's EV portfolio in India through the completely built unit (CBU) route. Powered by a single PMS and dual-motor options, the Seal is capable of generating 227 bhp and 360 Nm of torque, achieving 0-100 kmph in 5.9 seconds. Equipped with an 82.5 kWh battery pack, the Seal promises an impressive range of up to 570 km on a single charge, with support for fast charging at speeds of up to 150 kW.
Tata Nexon Dark Edition - Expected in March

Tata Motors may expand the Nexon SUV family with the introduction of the Dark Edition in March. As the name suggests, this version is expected to feature an all-black exterior theme, including Tata's Midnight Black color scheme and blacked-out alloy wheels. Under the hood, the Nexon Dark Edition is anticipated to maintain similar performance specifications as the existing model.
