BMW 6 Series

The 6 Series GT is propelled by a trio of engines under the hood. a 2.0-liter gasoline engine with 255 horsepower and 400 nm of torque, a 2.0-liter diesel engine with 188 hp and 400 nm of torque, and a 3.0-liter diesel engine with 262 hp and 620 nm of torque. Throughout the entire range, the eight-speed automatic transmission is standard.

On the outside, the 6 GT resembles the older model with a roof that slopes down to the boot area like a coupe. BMW has updated the front and back bumpers to give it a new look and make it appear more aggressive. Even the adaptive LED headlamps now have new twin L-shaped DRLs that are smaller. The iconic kidney grille now has vertical slats that are chrome-finished, giving it a more upscale appearance. The split LED tail lamps to feature a new aesthetic style, and the exhaust tailpipes have dual functions.

The interior's design is unchanged from the earlier model, with the upholstery using a two-tone color scheme. A dual-screen arrangement is included as well. Apart from other features like a panoramic sunroof, dimmable ambient lighting, electronically adjustable front seats with memory function, four-zone climate control, hands-free electric tailgate, four Type-C USB slots, wireless smartphone charging, and two 10.25-inch rear entertainment screens, an infotainment system and a digital instrument cluster both measuring 12.3 inches dominate the dashboard. Additionally, it sports a more than 600-liter boot.

The majority of the safety features anticipated in a vehicle in this class are present on the 6 Series Gran Coupe. This features tire pressure monitoring, adaptive headlamps, four-wheel ABS, stability control, traction control, and emergency brake help. Six airbags are also included, including dual front, front side, and side curtain airbags. The factory-installed features are completed with a rearview camera and front and rear parking sensors. It's unfortunate that fewer driver assistance systems are included as standard equipment; blind-spot detection, a head-up display, lane departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and automatic emergency braking are all extras that come with a higher price tag.
