The updated Range Rover has been launched with an upgraded diesel engine and new features

2021 Range Rover Evoque – The new additions

The 2021 Range Rover Evoque gets a valuable addition to a more potent diesel engine. Though the engine capacity is the same at 2.0L, the new 4-cylinder Ingenium motor can deliver power up to 204hp, an improvement over the existing 180hp. However, the torque levels are the same at 430Nm.

Jaguar has not changed the petrol engine as it continues to deliver 250hp and 365 Nm torque. Both the engines pair with a 9-speed automatic transmission system and feature an AWD system as the standard offering.

The other notable addition is Jaguar Land Rover's latest Pivi Pro Infotainment system. Again, the 3D camera is an improvement over the existing rear view camera.

Other exciting features include a PM2.5 air filter and wireless device charging facilities equipped with a phone signal booster.

The 2021 Range Rover features a new dual-tone Deep Garnet/Ebony interiors for the first time.

2021 Range Rover Evoque – Multiple variants

Previously, the Range Rover Evoque was available in two versions, the R-Dynamic SE and S variants, both equipped with petrol and diesel engines. As a result of the present update, R-Dynamic SE is available in the petrol version, and the S-trim comes equipped with a diesel engine.

The Jaguar Range Rover Evoque is a high-end car that faces competition from BMW X3 and the Mercedes-Benz GLC models.
