Capturing a dominant 29% market share, the Chetak has reclaimed the top spot in a highly competitive segment, once again establishing itself as the preferred electric scooter for Indian consumers. This achievement underscores Bajaj Auto Ltd’s strategic focus on combining performance, reliability, and timeless style while catering to a rapidly evolving EV market.

This milestone also signals a full-circle moment for the iconic Chetak brand, which once ruled Indian roads from the 1970s to the 1990s. Reinvented in a new-age electric avatar, the Bajaj Chetak has resonated deeply with modern riders who seek heritage with a forward-looking twist.
