Enhanced Renault Kwid MY22 Launched in India at Rs 4.49 Lakh

The French automaker Renault has launched the all-new Renault KWid MY22 today in India, which comes with all new and enhanced features starting at 4.49 Lakh.

Available in both 0.8 litre and 1.0 litre SCe powertrain options with both manual and automatic transmission options, Renault India on Monday said it has launched a new version of its entry-level model Kwid Renault Kwid MY22. As per ARAI testing certification, the 0.8-litre engine returns a claimed 22.25 kmpl.The updated Kwid has stunning new interiors and exterior color harmony with white headlights in the climber range. The new model will also offer customers a variety of color options along with new dual-tone flex wheels.

Featuring an 8-inch touchscreen MediaNAV Evolution that comes with Android Auto, CarPlay, Video Playback, and Voice Recognition which helps the driver control everything hands-free is one amazing addition to this all-new Kwid. Adding to it is the reverse parking camera with guidelines along with an electrically adjustable OVRM.

Kwid MY22 is not just feature-rich but it also complies with the safety standards for Indian markets. Dual front airbags, ABS and EBD, seat belt reminder, Overspeed alert, reverse parking sensors and drive side pyro and pre-tensioner with load limiter are all standards on all models.

With the introduction of the new RXL (O) variant on 0.8 litre and 1-litre manual transmission power trains, the value proposition of the model is further enhanced, the French carmaker said in a statement.

As per Renault, it claims that the Renault Kwid has a maintenance cost of around 35 paise per kilometer. Coming out with a 2-year/50,000 Km (whichever comes first) factory warranty alongside a 5-year extension option and an Easy Care package to take care of maintenance needs. Adding to it, no additional expense, RSA ( Roadside Assistance) is provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
