Maruti Suzuki Brezza : new connectivity features updated

The Brezza compact SUV got updated by Maruti Suzuki and provided with new nifty features. Android Auto, Wireless Apple CarPlay, and turn-by-turn navigation for both the MID and head-up display in the instrument cluster.

2022 Maruti Suzuki Brezza: new features

The Maruti Suzuki Brezza is the first Maruti SUV to receive turn-by-turn navigation for the MID and a head-up display. Android Auto feature and The wireless Apple CarPlay will only be available on the top-spec trim of the Brezza – ZXi+ – which comes with the larger 9.0-inch SmartPlay Pro+ infotainment system. The turn-by-turn navigation feature for the head-up display and MID has also been installed on the aforementioned trim.

These features will be installed either as OTA updates through the smartphone or can be provided to download from the website. These features will also be available for existing owners as well as new buyer of the Brezza.

Maruti Suzuki has disclosed that the new Maruti Brezza has received over 1.90 lakh bookings since its launching. Interestingly, these updates on the Brezza have been made available at no additional cost.

Maruti Suzuki Brezza: Recap

The Brezza is offered in four trims: LZXi and ZXi+ LXi, VXi. The new compact SUV is generated by Maruti's 1.5-litre, K15C, four-cylinder engine that comes associated with a 48V mild-hybrid system. The engine produces 103hp and 137Nm and is adhered to a 5-speed manual gearbox as standard. A six-speed automatic with paddle shifters is also presented as offering on all trims except the base LXi.

The Brezza is the competitor Mahindra XUV300, Hyundai Venue, Kia sonnet, and Tata Nexon in the compact SUV segment. Costs for the Brezza currently range between Rs 7.99 lakh-13.80 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
