Tesla Cybertruck

Latest Update: Tesla, an American electric automobile manufacturer, is reportedly planning to commence operations in India with the grand opening of Tesla showrooms in BKC, Mumbai, and Delhi. Before the official launch, the Tesla Model Y was spotted near Mumbai, likely to be Tesla's first model for sale. Recently a Tesla Cybertruck has been spotted on Indian roads. However, the model had no camouflage and had a Dubai registration plate, suggesting the model was imported into the country. 

The launch of the Tesla Cybertruck is unlikely as the brand is preparing first to launch its best-selling Model Y, followed by other entry-level Tesla models. If the automaker receives a good response, there is a chance that the Cybertruck can also be offered to Indian customers.

The Tesla Cybertruck has three main variants: Long Range, All-Wheel Drive, and Cyberbeast. The Cyberbeast is the top-end variant in terms of performance and offers a range of 514 km on a single charge. The Cybertruck can accelerate 0-96 km/h in 2.6 seconds and has a top speed of 209 km/h. The Long Range variant also offers the highest range capacity of 582 km on a single charge. 

The electric truck has a massive front windshield, full-width LED light bar, flared wheel arches, and single-piece front windshield, larger alloy wheels, and a load bed at the back with a powered tonneau cover that adds to its rugged and bullet-proof exterior body panels. Inside, it gets a minimal theme like other Tesla cars, with limited functional buttons and more controls through the touchscreen system. 

The Tesla Cybertruck measures 5,681 mm in length, 2,200 mm in width, 1,793 mm in height, and 406 mm in ground clearance. Moreover, the electric truck gets up to 124kWh battery pack, and its AWD system can deliver a maximum power delivery of 600 bhp.

Tesla Cybertruck's price in India is currently unavailable. In the US, it is priced at $69,999 (approx Rs 59,99,000) for Long Range trim, while the All-Wheel Drive and Cyberbeast variants cost $79,999 (approx Rs 68,50,000) and $99,999 (approx Rs 85,61,000), respectively.
