Hero MotoCorp, a stalwart in the Indian two-wheeler market, has officially launched the much-anticipated Hero Xtreme 125R. Boasting an array of impressive features, cutting-edge design, and competitive pricing, the Hero Xtreme 125R aims to set new benchmarks in the 125cc segment.
The Hero Xtreme 125R is equipped with an all-new 125cc SPRINT EBT engine, showcasing remarkable acceleration by reaching 60 km/hr in just 5.9 seconds from the start.
SPRINT EBT engine incorporates balancer technology and a silent cam chain, ensuring a super-refined performance. Delivering a maximum power of 8.5 Kw/11.55 PS at 8250 RPM, the Hero Xtreme 125R promises an exhilarating ride with unmatched power delivery.
In a groundbreaking move, Hero MotoCorp introduces several first-in-segment features with the Xtreme 125R. The motorcycle boasts the largest front disc in its class, measuring 276 mm. Additionally, it features hazard lamps, ensuring enhanced safety on the road.
The Hero Xtreme 125R also pioneers an all-LED package, including a LED projector, LED headlamp, and LED winkers. The first-in-segment single-channel ABS further elevates the safety standards, emphasizing Hero MotoCorp's commitment to rider safety.
The Hero Xtreme 125R is a visual masterpiece with muscular aesthetics, layered surfaces, and well-proportioned volumes. The mass stance, sharp fragmentation, and sculpted muscles create a design that is both lightweight and heavy-duty. The motorcycle features a diamond frame, engineered to deliver unmatched riding dynamics, with best-in-class agility through steeper caster angles. The 7-step pre-load adjustable monoshock suspension by Showa further enhances the ride quality.
The Hero Xtreme 125R is available in two variants - the (IBS) Integrated Braking System Variant and the (ABS) Anti-Lock Braking System Variant. Riders can choose from three stunning color options: Cobalt Blue, Firestorm Red, and Stallion Black, allowing for a personalized touch to their two-wheeled companion.
Hero MotoCorp has priced the Hero Xtreme 125R competitively to meet the diverse needs of its customer base. The IBS variant starts at Rs 95,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi), while the ABS variant is available at a starting price of Rs 99,500 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The motorcycle is set to hit stores from February 20, 2024.
