How is the new Maruti Invicto compared to Toyota Innova Hycross?

Maruti Suzuki has recently launched its flagship MPV, the Invicto, while Toyota introduces its all-new model, the Innova Hycross. Both vehicles aim to capture the market with their impressive features, design elements, and advanced technology. Both the Invicto and Hycross share interior similarities, including a choice between seven- and eight-seat configurations. The Invicto boasts an all-black interior with Champagne Gold accents, while the Hycross features black and brown interiors with silver accents. The Invicto offers a boot space of 239 litres, expandable up to 690 litres with the third row folded down.

In terms of features, the Invicto impresses with a 10.1-inch touchscreen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, a panoramic sunroof with ambient lighting, a 360-degree camera, and more than 50 Suzuki Connect feature. 

The Hycross comes equipped with a 10.1-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system, generously sized AC vents, and a digital driver's display. Additional features expected in the Hycross include captain seats, a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, seat ventilation, and a 360-degree camera.

Powertrain and Platform:

The Maruti Suzuki Invicto features a strong-hybrid powertrain, combining a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder engine with an electric motor. This hybrid configuration delivers a total output of 184hp, coupled with an e-CVT automatic transmission. The Invicto can also operate in electric-only mode and boasts a claimed fuel efficiency of 23.24kpl.

The Toyota Innova Hycross, based on Toyota's TNGA-C 'High' platform, is powered by the latest 2.0L TNGA petrol engine combined with a 5th Generation of Self-charging Hybrid Electric Technology. Detailed specifications regarding power output and fuel efficiency are not provided in the given information.
