Here is a quick comparison between the two most selling 200cc bikes, Bajaj Pulsar 220f and TVS Apache RTR 200 4v

The Bajaj Pulsar 220 f is a popular motorcycle in India known for its sporty design and powerful engine. It has gained popularity among Indian youth as an affordable performance bike, and its strong brand presence and widespread availability have contributed to its success in the Indian market.
The New Bajaj Pulsar 220F faces tough competition from other popular sports bikes in the market such as the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V, KTM DUKE 200 etc. these bikes offer similar performance, feature, and price range as the pulsar 220F. Let's compare it with its biggest rival in the market, the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V.
Design is a personal choice for everyone but let's take a look at the design of both bikes. The new 2023 bajaj pulsar 220F comes with the same old design but some added red graphics which go with the bike design. The set comes with a 15-litre gasoline tank, an LED projector headlamp, an LED tail lamp, and a semi-digital panel. A redesigned headlight with an integrated Daytime Running Lamp is featured on the most recent model of the Apache RTR 200 4V.
The motorcycle has a muscular and sporty design, with sharp lines and aggressive styling that gives it an eye-catching appearance. The fuel tank of the bikes is designed to give proper comfort to the rider. It comes with a full LED handlamp, the bike also comes with a fully digital instrument console which is better than the one in Bajaj Pulsar 220F.
When it comes to the engine, The Bajaj Pulsar 220F has a 220cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 20.4 bhp of power and 18.55nm of torque. The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is equipped with a 197.75 single-cylinder oil-cooled engine that produces 20.5 bhp of power and 17.5 nm of torque. This engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox and features TVS’s patented oil cooling technology, which helps to dissipate heat more effectively and improve engine durability.
In terms of performance, both bikes offer impressive acceleration and top speed. But the Apache’s engine provides a much smoother experience in comparison to Bajaj Pulsar.
The engine on the pulsar 220F is raw and aggressive. Ultimately, the choice between these two bikes will depend on the rider's preference and priorities.
The 2023 Bajaj Pulsar 220F is expected to come at a price of 1.34 Lakh, it is just expected because no real price is revealed from the company and the on-road price is still not available. In India, the starting price for a TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is Rs. 1,39,690 until it reaches Rs. 1,44,740. In terms of pricing both bikes are near each other or we can say that TVS Apache RTR 200 4V* costs slightly higher than the bajaj pulsar 220F.
It is totally up to the buyer which bike is a good option because both bikes perform very well in every section. If you want something more raw and powerful you can go with the Bajaj Pulsar 220f but if you want a feature-loaded bike that comes with all the modern features TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is a perfect choice.
