Nissan Magnite Geza Special Edition SUV to Debut in India

The renowned Japanese automaker, Nissan, is all set to launch its most anticipated Magnite Geza Special Edition in India. The new edition of the Nissan Magnite packs upgraded features, providing a better driving experience. The bookings for the new Nissan Magnite are open. Interested customers can confirm their booking for a token amount of Rs 11,000. However, the carmaker will officially debut this sub-compact SUV on May 26.

Upgraded Features of Magnite Geza Special Edition

The special edition includes notable upgrades, such as a bigger 9-inch infotainment screen with high resolution and JBL speakers that support wireless connectivity to connect with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Further, Nissan has offered a trajectory-rear camera for easy car parking and maneuvering.

Most importantly, the car gets ambient lighting with the option to be controlled by the mobile application. New Magnite features premium beige-colored upholstery in the interior for an aesthetic look. Talking about the exterior, the compact SUV has a shark-fin antenna to enable better connectivity.

Since the official launch of Magnite, Nissan has sold over one lakh units in India. The 1.0 turbo-petrol engine has hugely influenced Indian car buyers. However, the car is also available in a 1.2-liter naturally-aspired petrol engine.

Global NCAP had given Nissan Magnite 4-star ratings for adult occupant safety. The SUV packs many safety features like an electronic stability program, traction control system, tire pressure monitoring system, and hill start assist.

After receiving a warm response to the Nissan Magnite Red Edition launched last year, the Japanese carmaker expects even more engagement among prospective customers for this upgraded offering.

The SUV has been a big success for Nissan in India, even after facing several challenges in the Indian automotive industry. The ex-showroom price for the base variant of the Nissan Magnite commences from Rs 5 lakh. The upcoming launch is also anticipated to match a similar price range.
