Ola gives free fork replacements for customers, big news for the customers.

Ola Takes Customer Satisfaction to the Next Level with Free Fork Replacement for S1 E-Scooters

Ola S1 scooters are a new and exciting addition to the electric vehicle market. Launched in August 2021 by Ola Electric, the S1 electric scooter has already gained a lot of attention due to its stylish design and impressive features. One of the standout features of the Ola S1 is its design. The scooter has a sleek and modern look, with a glossy finish that is available in a variety of colours. The S1 also has a comfortable seat and a spacious footboard, making it perfect for riders of all sizes.

Overall, the Ola S1 scooter is a great choice for those who want a stylish, connected, and eco-friendly ride. With its impressive range, fast charging capabilities, and smart features, the S1 is quickly becoming a popular choice among electric vehicle enthusiasts. It is said to be difficult to disagree with your wife. You can't simply win without her having the last say, even if you're right. Ola's response to consumers' worries about the front fork arm of the S1 EV breaking under load looks just as snarky.

Front suspension problems

The main issue is that numerous Ola S1 e-scooters have experienced numerous issues since its release, including the purported failure of the front fork arm that snapped under load.

Several people's suspicions were aroused when pictures of S1 e-scooters with broken front suspensions circulated online. Ola has now modified the front fork arm to "improve the durability and strength even further" invariably resolving the situation at hand.

Current customers can acquire the updated fork free of cost. Ola is calling it an optional update for which S1 customers will need to arrange an appointment with their local Ola Experience Centre from March 22 onwards to get the front suspension of their EV altered.

Letter by the company

In a Letter, ola is thanking the customers for choosing EV and making Mission electric successful.
Today ola is the biggest EV community in India with over 200,000 members. They are thanking everyone for choosing Ola S1, it is the most popular EV scooter in the market but the front suspension problems were creating big issues that are why the company decided to choose a free fork replacement.
