Range Rover Sport SV Launched; Can Sprint 0-60 Mph in 3.6 Seconds

The all-new Range Rover Sport SV has been introduced with one of the most powerful powertrains in this line-up. The new model offers superior performance, exceptional Range Rover capability, and improved design. The automaker has equipped the new Sport SV with the audio sensory system and the company’s most advanced suspension system that can be seen in Class 7.

Range Rover Sport SV gets a 4.4-liter twin-cylinder MHEV V8 petrol engine capable of delivering 635 PS power and 750 Nm of maximum torque, which is 60 PS and 50 Nm greater than existing models powered by 5.0-liter V8 powertrains.

In terms of performance, Sport SV can sprint 0-60 mph in 3.6 seconds and packs a top speed of 180 mph. Jaguar Land Rover has also claimed a 15% reduction in CO2 emission compared to previous models.

The automaker has launched its all-new Sport SV with the world’s first 23-inch carbon fiber wheel and carbon ceramic brakes, the first time in Range Rover’s line-up. The SUV features 285-section front tires and 305-section rear tires, 20 mm wider than the front tires.

Sport SV comes with a specially designed airflow-enhanced front end inside the cabin and functional carbon fiber-tipped quad tailpipes. The luxury SUV also gets an integrated headrest and ultra-fabric PU interior. The new Range Rover Sport SV has Body and Soul Seat (BASS) to ensure a better multi-dimensional audio experience with wellness benefits. SUBPAC AI optimized software, Amazon Alexa voice A16, and Land Rover’s voice control system exist.

Sport SV is also equipped with the company’s road assist technology which is available for the first time to ensure passenger comfort while using adaptive cruise control. There is an intelligent system that automatically adjusts the target speed based on navigation data, making the acceleration and deceleration of the vehicle extremely comfortable.
