Vegh Automobiles, a prominent player in the electric two-wheeler (E2W) market, has taken a decisive step towards diversification by venturing into the Business-to-Business (B2B) segment. The company unveiled its latest offering, the versatile DR!EV scooter, set to revolutionize commercial electric mobility. Priced competitively between INR 70,000 and 80,000, the DR!EV is poised to capture a significant market share in India.

The inauguration of DR!EV marks a crucial milestone in Vegh's strategic expansion plan, aimed at addressing the burgeoning demands of the commercial electric vehicle (EV) market.

The unveiling ceremony took place at the prestigious Bharat Mobility Expo 2024 held in Delhi. Vegh Automobiles showcased the DR!EV, emphasising its adaptability, performance, and unparalleled value proposition for businesses.

DR!EV: Important Features

One of the key distinguishing features of DR!EV lies in its exceptional performance capabilities and versatile riding modes. Equipped with Eco, Power, and Sport modes, the scooter offers unparalleled adaptability. Whether navigating bustling urban streets or traversing rugged terrains, DR!EV ensures optimal performance and reliability.

Moreover, with a commendable top speed of up to 25 km/h, DR!EV guarantees swift and efficient transportation, facilitating timely deliveries and enhancing overall operational efficiency for businesses. Its impressive range of 120 to 140 km, validated through rigorous testing, provides extensive coverage, ensuring uninterrupted operations and enhanced productivity for commercial users.

DR!EV: Availability

According to the company, the DR!EV is scheduled to hit the market shelves from March onwards, available through Vegh's authorised dealerships nationwide, as well as through corporate channels catering to bulk orders, with an ambitious revenue target of 15-20% from the B2B segment within two years.
