In terms of dimensions, the Hero Xoom stands out as the longest and widest scooter in its class, measuring 1,881mm in length and 731mm in width. The scooter's ground clearance is set at 155mm, while the seat height is 770mm, making it accessible for a wide range of riders. One of the key highlights of the Hero Xoom is its Bluetooth connectivity, which allows riders to connect their smartphones to the scooter. The fully digital speedometer not only displays speed but also integrates important metrics such as Real-Time Mileage Indicator (RTMI) and Distance to Empty (DTE), allowing riders to monitor their fuel efficiency in real-time.

This engine is designed with a four-stroke cycle and utilises fuel injection technology, enhancing its efficiency and performance. The Xoom's engine is compliant with the BS6-2.0 emission standards, reflecting Hero MotoCorp's commitment to environmental sustainability while ensuring robust performance characteristics suitable for urban commuting. 

In terms of performance, the Hero Xoom 110 offers a claimed mileage of 53.4 kmpl, making it an economical choice for daily riders. The scooter features an automatic transmission system, specifically a variomatic drive, which provides seamless acceleration without the need for manual gear shifting.
