2023 Bajaj Chetak Premium Edition introduced in India: Price details Inside

Bajaj Auto has introduced the new 2023 Chetak Premium Edition in the Indian market, with a price tag of Rs 1,51,910. (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). The new model has beautiful workmanship and high-quality materials. The scooter is currently available for reservation, and delivery will begin in April 2023. The standard Chetak now costs Rs 1,21,933. (ex-showroom, Bengaluru).

The 2023 Bajaj Chetak Premium Edition comes with a huge color LCD console that clearly shows vehicle information. It will be the Chetak line's new top-of-the-line model. The new two-toned seat, body-colored rear view mirrors, a satin black grab rail, and matching pillion footrest castings are included with the electric scooter.

The Chetak Premium model is made entirely of metal and has an inbuilt charger. The scooter now comes in three additional colours: Matte Coarse Grey, Matte Caribbean Blue, and Satin Black. Chetak electric scooters are presently accessible in over 60 cities. By the end of March 2023, Bajaj expects the Chetak to be accessible in over 100 outlets across 85 cities.

The Bajaj Chetak is 1890mm long and has a 1330mm wheelbase. The electric scooter features a 760mm seat height and a ground clearance of 160mm. The e-scooter is equipped with 12-inch wheels and tubeless tyres with a 90/90 section.

The scooter has disc brakes in the front and drum brakes in the back. The Chetak has a single-sided leading link up front and an offset mono shock up back.

The electric motor is powered by a lithium-ion battery pack with a capacity of 2.893kWh. The power and torque of the electric motor are 4.2kW (5.63hp) and 20Nm, respectively. The ARAI approved range of the Chetak electric scooter is 108km, but the actual world range is said to be 90km on a single charge. It has a top speed of 63 kilometres per hour.
