A woman named Ramya shared her frustrating experience on Twitter while on the hunt for a reliable electric scooter in Bengaluru. After trying out several options, she finally narrowed it down to Vida and Ather. However, her experience at the experience centres of both companies was far from satisfactory. 

Ramya had to endure long wait times, unresponsive staff, and even being refused a booking despite being ready to wait. Despite these setbacks, Ramya persevered and eventually found a solution that worked for her. Issue Faced By Ramya While Searching for the Ather Electric Scooter Test Ride

Ramiya had been on the hunt for a reliable electric scooter for a few months, and after trying out many options, she and her companion finally narrowed it down to Vida and Ather. They decided to visit multiple experience centres in Bengaluru to get a better understanding of the scooters before making a final decision.

Their first stop was the Mahadevpura showroom, which was the nearest to their location. However, they had to wait for quite some time before anyone attended to them. Only after speaking with the manager did they receive assistance. On their second visit to the showroom, they were refused a booking as the vehicle they wanted was not available.

They then visited the Indiranagar centre, but again, they had to wait for assistance. During this visit, they took a test drive on the Vida V1 and were impressed with the customer service and patience of the executive who explained the features.

After a few months of contemplation, they decided to visit the Ather experience centre in Yelahanka. However, when they arrived, the test vehicle wasn't available, and they were advised to return later in the day. When they called to confirm the availability of the test vehicle, they were left uncertain and worried about the service they would receive.

In contrast, the service at Vida's showroom on Lavelle Road was commendable, with immediate response times and helpful employees. Ramiya was impressed with the balance, suspension, and unique features of the Vida scooter, which Ather lacked.

Ramiya felt that the service they received at Ather's experience centres was excruciating, and she was concerned about the service they would receive if they purchased a vehicle. She appreciated the dedication and care of Vida's employees and felt that her experience at the experience centres would be shared with potential Ather customers. She hoped that her feedback would help others avoid similar experiences.
