Volkswagen Announces Discounts Up to ₹4.2 Lakh on 2024 Models
Check out savings on Volkswagen's 2024 lineup, including the Taigun, Virtus, and Tiguan, with discounts reaching ₹4.2 lakh.

In January 2025, Volkswagen India's sales performance was very unstable. The vehicle manufacturer sold only 3,344 units. Which is 2.4% YoY growth from 3,267 units in January 2024. However, the brand witnessed a decline in MoM sales from 4,787 units in December 2024 with a reduction of 30.1%.
But still YoY increase in sales gives some hope, and it can perform better in the long term. If the brand has to stay strong in the market, the manufacturer should focus on improving its range of products and client satisfaction.
Volkswagen India has announced discounts of up to ₹4.2 lakh on its popular models in this month of February 2025. So that they can increase sales and clear out inventory.

These savings consist of exchange bonuses, scrappage bonuses, loyalty bonuses, and flat cash reductions. Depending on the city, product availability, and other variables, the real savings could change.
In addition, Volkswagen is preparing to launch the brand-new Tayron later this year, which is anticipated to take the Tiguan's position. This may be an additional factor in the Tiguan's steep price cuts to get rid of current inventory.
