Volkswagen has announced significant discounts on its Taigun, Tiguan, and Virtus models for April 2026. The highest benefits reach up to Rs 4.5 lakh on the Tiguan, while the Taigun and Virtus also receive substantial offers. These discounts include cash support, exchange bonuses, scrappage incentives, and loyalty bonuses.
The offers vary by model, variant, manufacturing year, and stock availability. Customers should check with local dealerships for precise figures, as discounts may differ by city and inventory.

Volkswagen Taigun Discounts
The Volkswagen Taigun facelift has been unveiled, but the outgoing model remains on sale with discounts up to Rs 3 lakh. The Topline MT (MY 2025) receives the highest benefits, including Rs 2.5 lakh cash or liquidation support, a Rs 30,000 exchange bonus, and a Rs 20,000 loyalty bonus. Other variants, such as the Highline Plus, offer up to Rs 80,000 cash support on MY 2025 units and up to Rs 25,000 on MY 2026 units, along with the same exchange and loyalty bonuses.
GT Line variants get up to Rs 50,000 cash support and an additional Rs 50,000 on newer stock, with similar exchange and loyalty offers. Lower trims like Comfortline and Highline receive up to Rs 50,000 cash support, with limited or no exchange benefits depending on the variant.
The Volkswagen Taigun features a direct injection 1.5 TSI engine and is known for its solid build quality. It competes with models such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Grand Vitara, Honda Elevate, Tata Sierra, Skoda Kushaq, and Renault Duster. Prices for the Taigun range from Rs 10.58 lakh to Rs 19.19 lakh.
Volkswagen Tiguan and Virtus Offers

The Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line attracts the highest benefits, with total discounts up to Rs 4.5 lakh. This includes Rs 3.5 lakh cash or liquidation support, a Rs 50,000 exchange bonus, and a Rs 50,000 loyalty bonus. The Tiguan, launched at Rs 49 lakh, is now priced at Rs 45.73 lakh. It offers features such as a panoramic sunroof, digital cockpit, tri-zone climate control, and advanced safety technologies. The Tiguan competes with entry-level luxury SUVs like the Audi Q3, BMW X1, Mercedes-Benz GLA, and premium SUVs such as the Skoda Kodiaq, Jeep Meridian, and Toyota Fortuner.
The Volkwagen Virtus sedan receives up to Rs 1.25 lakh in total benefits. Topline variants get Rs 75,000 cash support on MY2025 units and up to Rs 50,000 on MY2026 stock, plus a Rs 30,000 exchange bonus and Rs 20,000 loyalty bonus. Highline Plus variants offer Rs 30,000 cash support on MY2025 units and up to Rs 20,000 on MY2026 stock, with similar exchange and loyalty benefits.
Highline variants and GT Plus DSG variants are limited to exchange and loyalty bonuses only. The Virtus is available with 1.0-litre and 1.5-litre TSI turbo-petrol engines. It rivals the Honda City, Hyundai Verna, and Skoda Slavia, with prices between Rs 10.5 lakh and Rs 19 lakh. A facelifted Virtus is currently in development.
