As of January 2025, Honda recently increased the prices of  City Hybrid eHEV by Rs 20,000. The base model - City eHEV V is priced at ₹19.00 lakh (ex-showroom), whereas the top model, City eHEV ZX is priced at ₹20.55 lakh (ex-showroom).

Engine and Performance

The Honda City Hybrid sedan is powered by a 1.5L, 4-cylinder, 1498cc petrol engine paired with electric motors. It can produce 96.55 bhp (72 kW) at 5600-6400 rpm and a max torque of 127 Nm at 4500-5000 rpm. It comes with a CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) for a seamless riding experience. 

When we talk about the combined output of the petrol engine and electric motor collectively, it can produce up to 124bhp and 253 Nm of torque.
