Hyundai’s New ‘Crab Walk Movement’ Steering System will make parking easier

The e-Corner System, developed by Hyundai Mobis, a subsidiary of Hyundai that supplies parts, enables independent control of each wheel, which was not feasible earlier. This feature enhances manoeuvrability, especially in tight parking spaces.

Electric two-wheeler sales drop by 24% as subsidies come to an end

The most recent statistics published by VAHAN indicate that there was a significant decrease of approximately 24% in the registrations of electric two-wheelers in India during April 2023. The number of registrations in March 2023 stood at 82,292, while in April 2023, it declined to 62,581. This drop in numbers could be attributed to the Indian government's stringent policies to reduce subsidies offered for electric vehicles (EVs).

Electric Vehicle Manufacturers Set to Reimburse Charger Expenses to Customers

In order to be eligible for incentives under the Faster Adoption and Manufacturing of Electric Vehicles II (FAME II) program, several Indian electric two-wheeler manufacturers, including Ola Electric, Ather Energy, TVS Motor, and Hero MotoCorp, are planning to provide refunds to their customers. These refunds will cover the cost of EV home chargers that were supplied with the two-wheelers. This measure is being taken to ensure that the delayed incentives offered by the government are obtained.

MG Motor India has unveiled its latest electric car, the MG Comet EV, which is available in three different variants: Pace, Play, and Plush. The announcement has provided a comprehensive list of all the available variants of the Comet EV along with their corresponding prices. The following are the prices of each of the variants:

Tata Harrier and Safari SUVs Offered with Discounts Up to Rs. 35,000 in May

For the month of May, Tata Motors has launched fresh benefit schemes, providing discounts of up to Rs. 35,000 on certain flagship models. The scheme will be effective until the end of May and can be availed on selected models such as the Harrier and Safari SUVs, Altroz and Tiago hatchbacks, and the Tigor sedan. However, the Nexon and Punch SUVs, which are popular models from Tata, have not been included in the scheme for May.
