Harley-Davidson Unveils its Most Affordable Motorcycle Yet: The X350

Harley-Davidson's upcoming range of affordable motorcycles developed in partnership with Chinese automaker Qianjiang has been making headlines. The official launch of the new range is slated for March 10, 2023, but a video released by Bert's Harley-Davidson dealership in the US has given us a sneak peek at the X350 model, which has already reached American dealerships.

The new naked motorcycle features an LED headlight, rectangular fuel tank, scooped single-piece seat, and a crash guard. It is designed for a comfortable riding experience with a low stance, underbelly exhaust, centrally mounted foot pegs, and a circular semi-digital instrument pod.

The upcoming Harley Davidson X350 is speculated to be equipped with a twin-cylinder engine of 353cc capacity, capable of producing 36bhp of power, as per the information shared in a new YouTube video by Bert's Harley-Davidson dealership.

The motorcycle is shown to have an exposed frame suspended on USD front forks and a mono-shock unit at the rear. It is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and has dual petal front discs and a single rear disc with dual-channel ABS for braking. Additionally, the video highlights the deep exhaust note of the X350.

Harley Davidson intends to launch its new line of budget-friendly motorcycles not only in China but also in emerging markets like India. Harley Davidson's Indian operations are conducted through a partnership with Hero MotoCorp. The affordable motorcycles will compete with models from Royal Enfield as well as the forthcoming Bajaj-Triumph bikes.
