Lexus LBX Teased Before Its Official Debt on June 5

Lexus has recently announced its upcoming car, Lexus LBX, to unveil on June 5, 2023, in Milan, Italy. Toyota's subsidiary has released two teaser images of LBX, carrying a similar name to conventional models like UX and RX.

From the teaser image, it's clear that this upcoming launch will be an SUV. However, the company didn't provide any further details about Lexus LBX.

According to the sources, it's unlikely to be fully electric as it does not pack the "Z" designation available in RZ electric crossover.

The LBX is one of the three car models Lexus announced to launch this year. The other two models are a second-generation GX and all-new TX.

The Lexus GX is anticipated to be based on Land Cruiser Prado with rigid ladder-on-frame underpinnings. In comparison, TX can be the rebadged version of the Toyota Grand Highlander.

Talking again about LBX, the car will likely be positioned under the UX. It can feature a rugged look from LX but with compact dimensions.

As visible in the teaser image, the car packs a tail lamp running across tailgates to give a little modern look.

Lexus can introduce this LBX SUV in the Indian market as soon as the sales start in the international markets.
