Mercedes-Benz India has launched its AMG C43 4Matic in the Indian market with a starting price of Rs 98 lakh, ex-showroom. The new launch from the luxury automaker is positioned as the most powerful C-Class; the C43 features aggressive styling and AMG-specific detailings inside and out.

The high-performance AMG will be directly brought into India through CBU route from its AMG HQ in Affalterbach.

Mercedes-AMG C43 Specification Details

Since its C-Class luxury car from Mercedes-Benz, it's powered by an automaker's flagship powertrain. The car is also equipped with an AMG signature grille and adaptive LED headlamp; both are standard. The four-door luxury sedan has an aggressive bumper in front and rear, bigger AMG-specific alloy wheels, and quad exhaust tailpipes.

The sedan's interior has 64-color ambient lights, a premium Burmester sound system, an 11.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a wireless charging pad, and AMG sports seats. The interior also includes three-spoke steering wheels, red detailing inside the cabin, and sports pedals. Mercedes has offered 4Matic to power the wheels along with rear-axle steering and boost function.

Mercedes-AMG C43 Powertrain

The Mercedes AMG C43 is powered by a 2.0-liter petrol engine that produces 402bhp and 500 Nm of peak torque. A 9-speed automatic transmission with ideal start/stop technology manages the transmission work.
