Mercedes launch its new car worth ₹ 2.35 Crores in India | Mercedes-AMG SL 55 Roadster

On Thursday, Mercedes-Benz India unveiled the Mercedes-AMG SL 55 Roadster, which starts at ₹ 2.35 crore (ex-showroom). This follows after the AMG E 53 Cabriolet and the AMG GT 63 S E Performance, which is the quickest production AMG ever made.

The company asserts that the introduction of the Mercedes-AMG SL 55 Roadster would further solidify its position in the Top-End Vehicle (TEV) market, which is rapidly expanding. AMG's most technologically advanced SL Roadster makes a comeback with the Mercedes-AMG SL 55 Roadster.

The CBU (Completely Built Unit) method will be used to market the Mercedes-AMG SL 55 Roadster in India. It will be made in Germany at the company's factory close to Stuttgart, not locally. One of the company's flagship vehicles is the two-door convertible from Germany.

For the first time in its history, according to Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-AMG in Affalterbach developed the whole SL. The all-new AMG SL convertible, which is currently in its seventh generation, receives a 4MATlC+ drivetrain to increase its high-performance capacity.
