Youth, stylish, expressive are some of the looks and feel related adjectives that defines the upcoming Kia Soul. The 2021 Kia Soul puts distinctly boxy design and remarkably roomy cabin. The compact SUV is available in six variants for customers to choose from LX, X-Line, GT-Line, S, EX and Turbo. Kia offers choice between two gas-powered four-cylinders motor giving the power of 147 horsepower, 132 lb-ft of torque, out of which one is a powerful 201-hp turbocharged engine. While Kia markets the Soul as a compact crossover SUV, the first thing that we know about the Kia Soul is Design. The design of the car is box shaped. The first resemblance that anyone would notice is that the car looks like the Maruti Wagon R and the Skoda Yeti. Therefore, the vehicle's lack of all-wheel drive and limited ground clearance which make it seem like more of a huge hatchback. The Kia Soul’s length, width, and height is 4,195 mm, 1,800 mm, 1,615 mm respectively. It has a 2,600 mm wheelbase. The subcompact SUV has direct competition with the new Kia Seltos and the Hyundai Kona but is significantly low priced. The electric model which is being reviewed separately is yet to come. The 2021 Soul isn't especially fuel efficient, and the base model doesn't offer any driver-assistance features. Some of the infotainment features are:- 7-inch touch screen, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, a six-speaker stereo, a USB port, Bluetooth, a 10.25-inch touch screen, wireless device charging, navigation, HD Radio, satellite radio, and a Harman Kardon audio system.
