Having driven the Maybach GLS for six months, I'd say it's quite luxe but comes with a high cost of ownership. The pickup is decent but not as thrilling as hoped for such a price point. AC performance is efficient, keeping the cabin cool even in hot summers. The boot space is satisfactory for a car of this segment. Although tempted by its rivals, the Maybach seems like a style icon more than a power machine. For those considering value for money, it might be a pinch on the pocket!
