2023 Triumph Street Triple bookings open ahead of March 2023 launch

By paying Rs 50,000, Prospective customers can book the Triumph Street triple; deliveries to start in April 2023.

Ahead of its launch in March 2023,Triumph India has started taking pre-bookings for the 2023 Triumph Street Triple. By paying the booking amount of Rs 50,000 at nearest dealership, interested customers can reserve the new Street triple. The deliveries of the 2023 Triumph Street Triple will be commenced in April 2023,company told.

2023 Triumph Street Triple: New features

Triumph street triple has undergone cosmetic and mechanical changes to the Street Triple range. Thing to be noted that only Street Triple R and RS models will be available for India. However,The Moto 2 Edition is a limited-run, won’t make it to the outlets.

Speaking of styling, Triumph has modified the bike to make it look more sharp and more fierce Just above its bug-eyed headlight a new fly screen is given,the fuel tank has shrunk to 15 litres from the earlier bike’s 17 litres; the fuel tank extensions have been reprofiled. Subtle alteration has been made to the tail section as well.and in the case of the RS it is more uplifted than in the R model.

Speaking of engine, the 765cc, inline-triple in the RS makes 130hp while in the R same engine makes 120hp. Peak torque has risen to 80Nm and will be the same across all variants. In order to improve acceleration and response, Gearing and final drive have also been revised. A all new, exhaust is also offering the characteristic inline-triple sound. As standard all the variants are getting adhered to an up- down quickshifter.

As far as electronics is concerned, cornering ABS and traction control systems are been set as standard for the range and can be optimised as per rider preference. As for the Ride modes, these too have been tailored.the R variant now comes with four settings – Rider-configurable ,Road, Rain, Road Sport.

An additional Track mode is associated to RS to add more dynamic throttle maps in Track, Sport and Road for enhanced responsiveness.

While the base R version has more basic Trident-shaped display, every setting for the electronics can be accessed via a 5.0-inch TFT display .

When it comes to suspension components, RS gets an Ohlins monoshock and Showa 41mm USD Big Piston fork while R has a 41mm Showa USD fork and monoshock. Moving on to the brakes, the RS makes do with the Brembo Stylemas, while the R gets a lower-spec Brembo M4.32 callipers.
