The Bentley Bentayga EWB has a starting price of Rs. 6 crores

The Bentley Bentayga EWB variant is now available in India, with prices starting at Rs 6 crore (ex-showroom, Delhi). The SUV production started in October after the model was announced in May 2022.

With regard to the updated model, the Bentley Bentayga Extended Wheel Base (EWB) features 180mm more than the previous wheelbase design.

While the overall length has gotten longer to 5,322mm, the wheelbase has gone up from 2,995mm to 3,175mm.

The increase in size has given second-row passengers greater room.

The Bentayga EWB's standout features include what the manufacturer dubs "Airline seats," which are the most sophisticated seats ever installed in a vehicle.

Bentley Bentayga features

There are 22 different ways to tweak the auto-climate sensing system, which tracks 177 distinct pressure variations throughout six zones.

It is convenient to work while on the go thanks to the business seat function where the seat adjusts into its most upright position. 

Additionally, the front seat motors forward while reclining to a 40-degree angle in the relax mode. A leather footrest also extends from the back of the front seat.

Other features include a heated centre armrest and rear doors, power-closing rear doors, and all-wheel steering on the Bentayga extended wheelbase.

There are three sitting options available, including the standard 4+1 configuration with 16 adjustment options, heating, ventilation, and five different massage programmes.

A 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 engine with 542 horsepower and 770 Nm of torque powers the Bentayga EWB. The car can go from 0-100kmph in 4.6 seconds when coupled with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

Bentley Bentayga Rivals 

The Rolls-Royce Cullinan is the Bentayga EWB's closest rival, with an estimated price of Rs 6 crore (Rs 6.95 crore). However, there is only one wheelbase option available for the Cullinan. 

The Mercedes-Maybach GLS and the more expensive Range Rover LWB are other competitors of the Bentayga EWB. Both of these SUVs are considerably less expensive than the Bentley, though.
