Leading Global Automobile manufacturer Tata Motors has officially opened the bookings for the All- New Tata Harrier SUV 2023.

Bookings Open for the All-New Tata Harrier

The Tata Harrier is getting updated with addition of many advanced features for 2023. All the details were showcased by the car maker at the Auto Expo 2023. While the launch date of Tata Harrier 2023  has not been confirmed yet, bookings for the updated SUV are now open for a token money of Rs 30,000.

The updated Tata Harrier now gets ADAS functions with an advanced 6 Speed Automatic Transmission. Packed with a host of exciting car features, along with a new infotainment screen and digital instrumentation. Let us find out the design, variants and specifications of the All-New Tata Harrier. Pre-Booking

Buyers interested in the new Harrier can book the SUV by visiting their nearest Tata dealership or through the online portal of Tata Motors. The customers can book Tata Harrier 2023 by making the payment for the  booking amount of Rs. 30,000/- 

Launch

Tata Harrier, the luxury sports car from Tata, is scheduled to be launched in India in May 2023.

Bookings Open for the All-New Tata Harrier

Tata Harrier is available in seven different attractive colours-  Tropical Mist, Grassland Beige, Royale Blue, Oberon Black, Calypso Red, Orcus White and Daytona Grey.

Mileage

The compact SUV gets a 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmission. Tata Motor claims that the fuel efficiency of its flagship SUV Harrier ranges between 14.63 Km/l  to 16.35 km/l

Engine

The 2.0-liter turbo diesel engine carried forward  from previous FCA will continue to power the Tata Harrier (now part of Stellantis). The engine produces 170 horsepower and 350 Newton-meters of torque, and it is available with both manual and automatic transmissions. 

Design

This vehicle comes in a sleek  and stylish modern design, that will make it look great on the roads and is considered to be fuel efficient. The manufacturer will be making considerable improvements to its design but the overall shape of the new Tata Harrier will be very similar to the old one. The cabin of the new Harrier looks more classy as it has been given Oak Brown theme on the dashboard.

Behind the steering wheel, the SUV will sport a new all-digital seven-inch instrument cluster and that is an addition to the new Harrier. The infotainment unit is wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and gives better connectivity.

There could be exterior modifications alongside the facelift. The facelift could include a new front grille, front lights, DRLs, bumpers, and some other changes. The SUV will include freshly designed alloy wheels and tail-lights. The new variant will have the same dimensions as the diesel variant.

Features

The SUV will have a larger touchscreen infotainment system, a 360-degree surround camera, along with a redesigned instrument cluster. The panoramic sunroof, rain-sensing wipers, and wireless phone charging will all be carried forward in the facelifted SUV. 

It comes with a large number of luxury features, such as a touch-screen interface and voice control. Next-gen infotainment with Wi-Fi based smartphone connectivity through Android Auto™ & Apple Carplay™  is available. There will be the best in class voice recognition technology to access navigation, phone calls, music with a press of a button. This car is packed with advanced car features such as an air-conditioning system that uses water as the cooling agent, a spacious and comfortable interior and a very powerful engine.

ADAS

Bookings Open for the All-New Tata Harrier

Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) are Advanced technology Solutions aimed at enhancing road safety by preventing or reducing the impact of potential accidents. ADAS systems is responsible for activating the safety measures by alerting the driver. It initiates possible safeguard measures in the vehicle. ADAS by Tata Motors is an advanced driving technology that has been built to take on any surprises while driving, so that people can enjoy a safe and comfortable drive.

Price

Tata Harrier is expected to be launched in India with an estimated price of Rs.15 Lakh. The Harrier 2023 on price is not yet available. We will keep you posted about the latest from Tata Harrier.

Range

The car will have a range of over 500 kilometers and it will be powered by an engine that is sourced from Germany. 

Waiting Period

The waiting period for the new Harrier is expected to be shorter than usual this year. Customers who book can expect to get their cars within 12 months after the launch date if they book the car now.

Transmission

Bookings Open for the All-New Tata Harrier

It is likely to be powered by the same 2-litre diesel engine (170PS/350Nm) as the existing Harrier. This unit will be paired with a six-speed manual transmission and an optional six-speed torque converter.

Safety

Bookings Open for the All-New Tata Harrier

Tata Harrier 2023 will be equipped with ADAS Technology. Tata SUV will now get as many as 10 safety features like warning for forward and rear collision, autonomous emergency braking, recognition of traffic sign, high beam assist, warning for lane departure, blind spot detection, lane change alert, door open alert, and rear cross-traffic alert. Additionally, the SUV will also come equipped with a 360-degree camera.

It will have up to six airbags along with an electronic stability program (ESP). There will be  a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), and as discussed above Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

Performance

The 2023 Tata Harrier is a powerful car with Kryotec 170 Diesel engine that has been updated to comply with BS6 Phase 2 and also the RDE emission norms. It will generate 167 hp and 350 Nm of torque and is available  with a 6-speed automatic transmission for the ADAS model of Tata Harrier
